Dr. Dur Khan has more than 9 years of teaching experience in the field of higher education.She started her career with Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai as Faculty in HR.She is currently working as an Assistant Professor with Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.She is the Program Coordinator for MHRD, a two-year full-time Program in Human Resource Management. She is a recognized guide for Ph.D. in Management Studies, University of Mumbai.She has published research papers and cases and presented her work at various national and international research conferences.She is a reviewer for refereed journals and conferences including Elsevier’s journal of Personality and Individual Differences and London School of Management’s Online International Conference.
